Hi !

I'm have set up a test server under Win2k server and i wonder why i can't register new users using webadmin ?
First i get:

Unable to perform registrations :
No Certificate Authority('CA') configured certifier available for this domain
[klicking ok]

->

Unable to perform registrations :
You are not an authorized Registration Authority ('RA') and cannot perform any registrations.

Is there some kind soul here that can explain this to me :)
I have tried this on two different user (one full access admin and one Admin)
